Q. Are my payments processed securely?
A. Yes, payments via the Alpahbet Art website are processed by a 3rd party company called Protx. Alphabet Art do not receive and cannot obtain your card details.

A. Standard delivery for personalised gifts is 14 days and 7 days for all non personalised items.

A. All prices shown on our web site exclude postage and packaging. Our postage and package charges are dependant on total order values as follows:
£0.00 - £19.00 order value P&P = £2.99
£19.01 - £ 99.00 order value P&P = £4.99
£99.01 and over order value P&P = Free of Charge
Overseas P&P
P&P for overseas £15.00 max weight allowed 2 Kg please call or email to confirm goods required come within this limit.
Personalised framed pictures are not available for overseas.
Overseas Postage: Please contact us for assistance before ordering.
UK Charges are automatically calculated at the checkout.

Q. How do I cancel or return an item I have ordered?
A. If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to alphabetart@tiscali.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
~ in the event that the product has been used
~ in the event that the product has been opened
~ to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you (eg all personalised products)
